High-valley lake is super-rich in nutrients, and produces trophy
Browns and Rainbows in the 24" plus range. There are nice
weed beds and float tube access right next to the main road along
the eastern side of the lake. |

Walker River
This
excellent fishery has rapidly returned to world-class status after
a kill-off a few years back. It has the potential to produce
the largest river Browns and Rainbows in the area. Nymphing and
dry flies for fish to 24" plus. Check the Fish Report page for

This
world-famous, spring-creek fishery is catch-and-release-only
fly fishing. It is said to have the highest trout population
per mile in the world and produces Browns up to 25". Good
technique is required with dries and nymphs to trick these well-educated
